How we handle order changes and customer concerns.
Before order confirmation
Submitting an online order request does not create a binding purchase before the full delivered price and availability are agreed. You may decline the delivery quote without charge before accepting the final total.
Cancellation requests
If you wish to cancel after confirming an order, contact Skyline promptly by email or phone with your reference number. Skyline will advise whether your order has been prepared or dispatched and identify any applicable, previously disclosed non-recoverable expenses. Statutory customer rights remain unaffected.
Incorrect, damaged or defective products
If goods are damaged, defective or not as described, contact Skyline with the order reference, clear photographs and a description of the issue as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Skyline will assess a remedy such as repair, replacement, return or refund as required by applicable law and the product circumstances. This policy does not restrict rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Change-of-mind returns
For non-defective goods, return eligibility and any return carriage cost depend on condition, product type and any custom configuration. Please request written return authorisation before dispatching goods back; Skyline will disclose the applicable conditions before accepting a return. No automatic free-return promise is made for bulky scaffolding towers.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment account or another verified method agreed with the customer. The processing schedule will be communicated when the refund is approved, subject to banking times and statutory obligations.
